Reward credits pending dye to billing error

Discus and support Reward credits pending dye to billing error in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have 5250 reward credits pending and can't be deposited due to billing error from last 4 months.     Rewards credits pending due to billing issue

    I have 75000 rewards credit pending in my account. Its 3rd month that my credits didn't deposit due to billing error. Please transfer my rewards credits to my new account whose gamer tag is "Dr Ghost PK". Please transfer it to my new account please or fix
    the issue so that i can use my credits.

  3. Xbox Rewards Credits not depositing

    I have nearly 20000 Rewards Credits pending deposit but my Rewards page is telling me my billing information needs updating. After checking billing everything seems fine but I still can't get my credits to deposit. I need some assistance.

    Unfortunately, our other team working on this deposit issue has not yet provided their resolution to this error. Since only they can fully access the database containing your billable account information, they are the only source in a position to fix this
    problem. At the current time, they have not yet provided us with a estimate on when to expect their solution to be deployed. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Give yourself the gift of Rewards Email states There seems to be an issue with your account

    On the MyRewards section of the Rewards site, Scroll down a little bit and you'll see "My Statement". Underneath that, it will most likely be showing you your pending credits. There's a link underneath the Pending Credits heading that says "View statement".
    Change the option to Lifetime Credits Earned and you will see a complete history of all credits you've earned in the Rewards program as well as when any of them were deposited.

    The deposit you see on the billing site, would be a deposit of around 7,000 credits.

    Unable to redeem gems for 10,000 reward credits

    Hello FABIOVALPDF,

    Due to a large amount of user's claiming prizes at the same time, you may have seen an error message as a result. We see you claimed your prize a few days ago. From the FAQ:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing into
    your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we will not be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

    We have confirmed that your Rewards region and your Microsoft billing region are now matching, and have begun the Credit restoration to your account. You should see these Credits pending shortly.
