    Reward Credits Not Being Paid Again - Please Force a Manual Payment As Seems the Only Way


    Hello

    Your system is trying to deposit my rewards but is failing again.

    From what I understand from last time it is due to me having multiple billing accounts associated to my profile but Microsoft do not provide a delete button so I cannot remove any outdated ones. When your system tries to make a deposit it doesn't know which
    one to use so fails.

    Last time you forced through a manual payment so I would like to request this is done again please.

    It seems that my rewards credits are not depositing as it is passed the 15th of the month and I am also unable to request a deposit as there is no button or date shown for manual request. Help Please?

    You'll probably have to earn it again. Just instantly being paid 1200000 is not likely, sorry.

    Wouldn't a hacked profile only be able to spend credits on only that account, anyways? There's no way to transfer credits at all. Check and see if your have any new helmets or armour effects or something.

    Per
    this FAQ page     no. Live can only be paid for with credit/debit card or Paypal.

    That being said, paying for Live with credit on an account is being tested so some users do have the option to do so. Nothing has been said if it will be rolling out to all users or not.
