  2. Deposit Not Actually Converted to Local Currency

    My rewards deposit from the New Year promo never actually got converted to local currency I'm now realizing. I see the credits were deposited per the credit history in XBL Rewards, but I never saw the credits available to spend in the Xbox/MSFT Stores.

    No rewards credits deposited into my account since I joined Xbox live rewards

    I have been a part of your Xbox live rewards programme for quite some time now but every time I have chosen to transfer my rewards credits into my currency it has never been done. According to my statement I have earned 33,150 credits and 26,650 credits
    have been deposited into my account and I haven't had anything transfered into my spending currency???

    You can confirm your deposits by sort/viewing your MyStatement on the MyRewards page by lifetime events. This will show you all Credit and deposit events from your Rewards account. You can then confirm these deposits as currency from your commerce page at
    (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount, since we are adding funds to your account.

    You can confirm your deposits by sort/viewing your MyStatement on the MyRewards page by lifetime events. This will show you all Credit and deposit events from your Rewards account. You can then confirm these deposits as currency from your commerce page at
    (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount, since we are adding funds to your account.
