Reward credits must be adjusted correctly

Hello

The credits you added as part of readjusted for the value is suppose to be 50 not 10. so you must add 50,000 reward credits.

What happened to my credits?

Hello

I have 23,000 so far and there were not deposit nor converted at once so that means it the credits were not accurate a the recently one was expire and anther came too late and the rest unknown. Also i would like a refund for credit I didn't spend.

Here to fix this problem all 23,000 credits must be deposit that mean all the separated once there status must be return and deposit so that i can be converted as one whole credit. I also ask for 90,000 reward credits as the credit adjusted isn't what i
ask and therefore the problem need to be fixed and you Xbox live reward need to be repeating themselves and actually think and do.

The retail value of that map pack was 15 USD, not 50. As mentioned in your previous posts, this was added as a 10,000 Credit event and a 5,000 Credit labeled as the Five Year MyVIP boost and dated as December 31st.

Mortal Kombat XL is not a part of the Rewards Story offer. Your purchase of Titanfall 2 was not correctly applied to chapter two of that offer, and we will adjust that purchase for you. You should see the change shortly. Your purchase of Battlefield 1 was
not within the offer period and therefore did not qualify for this offer. For A Rewards Story, you must complete each portion of the offer in order to complete the offer and receive 15,000 Credits. Since you have not completed each chapter, you are not yet

Hello, adjustments are made every month. We have to accept that they change their methods, we must remember that these are rewards. Next month's adjustment may be more interesting for the players.

Hi there; This sounds like a question for the Xbox LIVE Rewards support forum, found

here. I do know that there were no rewards given out in August, and if you bought your gold subscription some other time, keep in mind that the rewards don't get credited until the current subscription ends and the new one starts. As for the achievements,
Rewards checks your eligibility once or twice a month and then give you the credit for it at the end of the month. If I remember correctly, the movies, if they qualify, get credited to the punchcard and you must complete the punchcard for the reward, which
you'll get after the punchcard time period ends.
