i am member since 12/5/15. Bought battlefield 1 pre order, at 10/12/16. And awser a survey for take 250 credits to my account. But nothig is going to be crediting.

How I can resolve this ?

Update Account - Rewards Credits

I am now over a year with all my reward credits just waiting to be applied. It says I need to update my account. Yet it's current. In fact it's current enough that if I buy anything through Xbox it goes right through, no problem taking my money. Just for
some reason you can't apply reward credits me.

Preordered Forza Motorsport 7 on Sept. 19. Have not received 5000 bonus rewards credits...

As the title states, I have not gotten my Xbox Live Rewards credits for my purchase. What do I need to do to get the credits applied to my account?

Hello Enzo2452,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
All activity can take up to 96 hours to be processed, so if you took your survey recently, it is too soon to see it pending.

both of them show :

MyVIP Vault 5,000 Rewards Credits 5,000 Credits

but nothing has been added to my account yet

thats the issue and xbox support cant help me they told me to come here

I thought this system had changed to just applying the credit to the account that the reward was redeemed against.

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your game’s shipping date.

Since it has not yet been 15 days since your purchase, the Credits have not yet been awarded.

Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

Since the offer has not ended yet, it is too early to receive Credits.
