  1. Reward credit not correctly added


    During the live reward anniversary they were prize to be given and i got one of them. However i didn't get because the entire system keep crashing and fails to work so i didn't get the prize and i demand i get credits as a replacement. The whole thing is
    to reward players but that didn't work to fix this i get 150,000 credits.

    Hello SargentDynamit8,

    We deposited 10,000 Credits into your account on April 13th, and 9,000 on March 30th. Again, this can be reviewed from your MyStatement, then confirmed on your Commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account)
    where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

    Still i haven't got the right amount of reward credits. As i have total 23,000 reward credits minus 4,000 then where is 19,000 credits? See stuff like is not explained and offer credits to make up for it. Also the whole VIP thing was a failure and still
    you are making excuses not and done nothing to fix it. I can explain many thing wrong with the reward system but instead i'm asking for you to offer reward credit.

    First Purchase - No points awarded

    Credits are added within 2 days to your Rewards account. They are not added to your gamertag account until they reach at least 5,000 credits and you request them. At that point they will be added by the 15th or 30th of the month.
