Reward credit for Dec 2016 doesn't seem right

Hi, the reward credit I received for Dec 2016 doesn't seem to add up. Can you please help to check?

Rewards for DLC? Specifically Rock Band...

Hello,

I recently made some purchases at the end of the year (Dec 2016) for some DLC songs in Rock Band 4. These were purchased with a credit card, not rewards points. At that point, I had already hit the 1 star rank and had gotten some credit back for the previous
month's game purchase. Does DLC not count as part of the reward payback %? Should I not have, by now, gotten some credit in rewards points for making those purchases?

Expecting 15000 rewards credits for "The past, Present and Future Mission" through Dec 31. I spent over the 31.80 required for each category days before the 31, and it still hasn't shown any activity or pending credits, this is the second time and seems
to be a recurring problem with rewards.

xbox live rewards deposits credits into your xbox live rewards account based on a variety of activities such as purchases through MS. I got 15,000 credits in march 2016 for buying the division. I bought battlefield 1 in oct 2016 and never got the reward.

Same, new update and I haven't had message notifications all day (22-dec-2016), but they worked last night (21-dec-2016). Uninstalled app and reinstalled, no fix.

Seems I can't edit this post, but the last time I received reward credits, according to rewards.xbox.com, was in 2016. I have probably spent $2000-4000 on this account since then. This is a massive amount of points that I am missing.
