    right issue is not billing i bought card off live rewards no 1 else no xbox billing nothing to do with them card no good its not been used i want my gems back i didnt want to buy this card with my gems so want them back

    To redeem your card from a browser:

    • Go to www.prepaiddigitalsolutions.com


    • Enter your prepaid digital token

    • Immediately use the virtual card to shop online, or choose a physical card that will be mailed directly to you.

    That site has its own set of FAQs as well if anyone has more questions about the card itself. If you continue to have issues with this card, you may wish to contact the card provider for more assistance.

    Pretty Neat

    Not everyone has a Powerup Rewards card, not everyone even sees it worth getting. Gamestop and not everyone even uses their power-up rewards card to hold store credit. People have WAY many more credit cards than they do powerup reward cards.

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. Rewards points can only be used to redeem gift cards through the Rewards program, not to be used to make purchases on Live. You would
    need to save up enough to redeem an Xbox gift card and then use the money from that gift card.
