    Reward Account Reset


    My Xbox Live Rewards account seems to have reset and when I sign in it is acting as if I'm new to the program despite being a member since 2011. All my reward points have disappeared, all my VIP cash back levels have disappeared and the 6000 reward credit
    challenge I should have just complete has disappeared.

    I am very confused. Please help.

    It's just a glitch. You'll just have to wait for everything to show back up.

    Hello PapaSmurlin,

    From our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    This is why your purchases from last month were not "registering" and only were placed as pending recently. Regarding your issue with no account, there was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly
    see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue. Apologies for the inconvenience. To be clear, this is purely an error in presenting information on the webpage. All your data on our servers was unaffected.

    Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information
    that is accurate up to yesterday morning, which is why you are currently not seeing any progress on Simply Rewarding. We are currently working on getting this information up to date to this morning, and I can see on our database this more recent information

    I have had this issue since 2009. seems like the only time you get credits is doing their monthly survey or something stupid like that.
