Reward Account not update for 4 years.

Yeah I've been making purchases on this account since 2012 and since then my stats or anything pretty much haven't been updated. Just bought $71 worth of stuff today and more during the previous weeks. Could someone look into this and get everything right?
4+ years on xbox and not being rewarded for anything I do lol.

Problems with awards account

I keep getting good messages to update my profile to get my rewards. All my account info is correct though. does anybody know how to get this fixed. I haven't gotten my rewards in about 4 years.

Hello African Booy,

I can confirm that your Account appears to be working as intended. It sounds like you are not fully up to date with our current policies. You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards). The next
recalibration is set to occur after the end of the year.

they might reward in the future but as of right now they do not have any rewards for a tenure my 2nd account i don't play on has a 9 year tenure on it and my main account has a 2 year on it and neither accounts have gotten any kind of reward

Personally, I liked Xbox Live Rewards better. I was a member for 5 years before the program was terminated, and I earned almost $300 in rewards. I have been a member of Microsoft Rewards for almost 4 years now and I've earned like $50 max. I just felt
much more rewarded for my purchases and actions on Xbox Live. I also had 6% off all purchases
