    Hi,

    My xBox Live Reward account has reset, it is now saying that my lifetime points is 0 (was waaaayyy more than that!)... And it is also saying it's a new account that will be activated in 2 days??

    Please restore my account and points or let me know what has happened!!

    Same here. I was checking to see if my 6000 reward points were deposited for spending $60 on games, and my account seems to have been wiped clean. Hopefully it's a glitch they are working on.

    I'm in the same boat. My account says I've been a member since "???", I'll be set up as a new member in about 2 days, and my lifetime credits show as none. It's obviously not an isolated incident.

    Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information
    that is accurate up to yesterday morning. Apologies for the inconvenience. We have reviewed your information on our databases, and can confirm seeing your lifetime Credits. This was purely an issue with how information is presented on the website; all your
    account information was unaffected.

    the same situation we are a lot we have to recover our vip and points at least im not the only one 👍. we had to fight for our rewards.

    Where are you all seeing the "2 days to activate" at? I don't see that, but it says member since ??? & everything has been wiped.

    I have this exact same problem! I received an e-mail about available missions and the e-mail shows my lifetime points, but the website shows nothing.
