    as the title implys i think Xbox needs to institute some form of review policy for when their system decides to break submit some form of documentation that varifies you completed the task and have the issue resolved

    about 6 months back i made several posts regarding a bugged achievement in dragon age inquisition, which to this day is still bugged

    i was told to talk with ea, i was told to talk to Xbox, i was told to fill out a survey, that in no way will lead to any solution.

    now im back

    now here we are another bugged achievement , if you look in the lower left of the score cards you see Xbox shows me at 100% unlocked but if you look at the achievement it shows 99% been that way for about a month

    so how about it Xbox you want to review my case and Fix this issue with the achievements

    I have NEVER heard that Halo achievements were ever bugged, and all Halo achievements have worked just fine for me.

    .

    That particular achievement is one of the hardest to pull of in Reach, that is true. Took me dozens of attempts to get it. But i have NEVER heard of the achievement being bugged.

    Dying Light has no review embargo... where are the reviews then?

    IGN is in the process of reviewing it. From the 11 minute video I saw, it looks pretty good. He said the only bug he had found so far was early in the game where the sound cuts out during a cut scene. Will wait for some reviews.

    Sorry for the confusion. We missed this in our testing and review process. Unfortunately it is very hard to update achievement text after release, even with an update.

    Okay. That makes sense. I can understand that process. How come then my achievements won't activate for Gato Roboto? I am playing Battletoads on Game Pass for PC now and even though that is not a play anywhere title, I am still getting achievements in
    that just fine. Is Gato Roboto possibly bugged on PC?

    Probably is a bug within the app.

    Nadir, could you report this on the reviews of the app on the store of your phone? Since the developers constantly check the reviews out for any reported bugs.

    No way.. there is not a single review that has at least 1 thumb up. I even tested it with a friend. He gave a thumb up and it was still on 0 / X thumbs
