    Beware of getting suspended just bc another player gets mad at you. They can say anything at all with no proof & you're suspended. File a review you say? Oh I did! And they came back and said my son used inappropriate language & IT WAS SOMEONE WITH A SIMILAR
    NAME - NOT MY SON. If they had looked thoroughly they would have seen that. There is no recourse. The process is unfair & a joke. Don't waste your time.

    Xbox enforcement

    After being console banned for a week just found out I am now suspended till October the 5th 2017 filed a case review, decision was upheld and I asked them to provide me with evidence to back up my suspension but still won't provide evidence.

    Contact enforcement team

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.The only way to contact them is via a case review.

    If the case review was upheld then there's nothing you can do other than wait out the suspension.

    As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to the enforcement team are not obliged to show you any evidence or specifics.

    If your case review was upheld then unfortunately there is nothing else you can do about this specific suspension/enforcement action. Please wait the suspension out. Enforcement actions are ALWAYS placed because a breach in the code of conduct was found
    and all actions are applied manually. Since you had it appealed with a case review it was checked twice.

    We can not help on the forums for enforcement actions. Sorry.

    The only way to contact anyone that can alter suspensions (or to appeal it or ask about it) is to contact enforcement through a case review:

    Xbox support and phone support can not alter suspensions. Only enforcement can - and ONLY through a case review. To do a case review your suspension must be active, have been applied within the
    last year and be longer than 24 hours. You may have to do a quiz on the code of conduct before you can do a case review, and if you fail you will have to wait 24 hours to try again.

  5. Yes, they did a case review and the evidence they had to support the suspension being upheld was FROM SOMEONE ELSE WITH A SIMILAR NAME. It was not my son. It was not a thorough process. It is completely unfair and I no longer take it seriously. I wish
    my son didn't like xBox. I'm ready to trash the whole thing & cancel the subscription.

  6. When someone reports a violation, data is sent to the enforcement team, they check it and issue the relevant action. You then filed a case review, they looked at the data again and upheld it. I find it highly unlikely that a similar gamertag is responsible
    as the data would have come from your sons gamertag.

    Unfortunately nobody on the forums can help much here as we're not Enforcement and the Enforcement Team doesn't have a presence here. It sounds like you've used the appeals process available to you and Enforcement concluded the original action was warranted
    and it has been upheld. In that case, you've been given the correct answers by the Ambassadors in this thread.

    Yes, they did a case review and the evidence they had to support the suspension being upheld was FROM SOMEONE ELSE WITH A SIMILAR NAME. It was not my son. It was not a thorough process. It is completely unfair and I no longer take it seriously.
    I wish my son didn't like xBox. I'm ready to trash the whole thing & cancel the subscription.

    Microsoft apparently has even more evidence to support a permanent suspension. Since it sounds like you did submit a case review and the suspension was upheld, there isn't anything more to do or to discuss, I'm afraid.
