    Returning faulty xbox


    Can someone please advise me how I send a faulty xbox back? I have completed the service request but now I have to send the item back. I have a link to print off label and I took the parcel to the post office who said they don’t send UPs deliveries. There is no information about how I arrange the return on the site and can’t get through or speak to a human. Can anyone help please and advise me what I need to do.

    You would need to drop it off at a UPS location or you can try contacting UPS to see if they will pick it up from you. http://ups.com

    Appreciate the response but if I return to retailer again I may just get another faulty disc. Is it really possible there is a faulty batch? I asked at the retailer and they have had no other returns to date.

    I would return to the store and ask about their return policy. ask if it's standard practice to exchange a faulty new xbox with one that was already opened. any time I've returned a console it was replaced with a new one off the shelf.
