Hi

when returning an item to microsoft does anybody know if i have to send all 3 commercial invoices with the parcel or just 1 , if so then inside the box or taped to the outside.

any help appreciated

All 3 need to be sent and they need to be placed on the outside since they are for customs. UPS can provide an envelope for those.

When you request a controller exchange, you receive a shipping label within the next 30 minutes of your request that contains all the information you should be aware of regarding the exchange process. All you need to do is print out and stick the label on or on top of the box and follow the instructions on the email. Make sure you are sending the exchangeable unit alone, in your case for example, make sure you are sending the controller alone and no extra accessories. Oh, and if you are wondering, the box could be any kind of box, not necessarily an Xbox box!

Just make sure to read the full email you receive and follow all the steps accordingly.

1: It isn't x box it'sxbox and it's not micro soft it's microsoft 2: You can't return a delivered controller the controller has to be bought from a store to return it.

This is a bundle and we would have to package up the entire thing to return. Is there a way to do a controller only return with Microsoft?
