Returned preorder on xbox one turns into huge problem.

So, I preordered Battlefield V on my Xbox One back on June 9th. After I did so I found out that they do not charge your bank account until two weeks prior to the release date. I drive a school bus and thus I am off during the summer, so I know I will not have
funds to cover the game until the end of October. So I contact customer support to see if I can have my account charged immediately. Was told it not possible, although they are looking into being able to do this in the future. Their solution is to cancel the
order on my xbox and then go to Gamestop and buy it through them. So that's what I did, sale canceled and game "preloads = BF1 weapons/early access to beta and the paratroop extra" deleted from my xbox. Next day went to Gamestop and bought the game. Today
saw that the beta was September 6th so I got out the code from the GS reciept and loaded it into my xbox. I was greeted with, "It appears that you already own this product" message. The xbox gamestore would not let me download the preloads, unless I buy the
game and it wont accept the code from GS because I already own it. Great. So after spending way to much time going back and forth trying to get the preloads back, I contacted customer support chat line. Robin T. helped me out. Had me remove my account from
the xbox and then reinstall it. I then entered my code and it went through, code accepted. YAY. Nope, no yay. Even though the code was accepted, I still could not download the preloads for the game. So back to support chat, this time Brenda S. She wa sat a
loss, so she had me clear my xbox of everything except games and apps and do a full restart, ending up in troubleshoot mode. This also failed to correct the problem as even though the xbox was totally reset, the code had already been used and could not be
used again. She finally came back to me and told me that the "entitlement" for the preloads had failed somehow and that I would have to get a new code from Gamestop. She gave me a reference number to give to GS so that they would give me new code. Drove out
to GS, told them what happened and gave them the reference number. The employee told me that the reference number meant nothing to him and had no idea what he was supposed to do with it. But he said, no worries, he just canceled out my original purchace and
resold me the game along with a new access code. Got home, entered the code and it was accepted, and I now have the preloads showing that they have been installed. Although they do not show up anywhere in my xbox storage, games, apps, etc. They only show up
under queue as "recently installed". Just to be sure, I deleted them and was able to immediately able to reinstall them. So hopefully on the 4th? I will get early access to the beta.

turn your xbox on, completely sign out, then recover your account, my GS has returned on my console will all the games
