    Returned an Xbox series X and was told it was a can of beer


    I was having trouble purchasing an Xbox series X on the store as it was not using my £100 in vouchers and got a microphone employee over the phone to purchase an Xbox. They incorrectly bought and charged me the full price and were unable to cancel the order. I then returned the Xbox unopened only to find out that Xbox claim that I did not return an Xbox and instead a can of beer. I am unable to speak to anyone as the virtual chat as it does not work then I request a call back. I even tried to charge it back on my credit card and now Microsoft have disputed it and I have been informed I will be charged £369.99 back onto my credit card. All I need is to speak to a human being that can actually help sort this out.

    Can't download Starfield for Xbox one serie X

    I have the Xbox one X project Scorpio, I was told that the game can be downloaded in any serie X or serie S (included mine), thanks for the help!!
    Game can only be downloaded on a Series S and Series X, but not an Xbox One X. Xbox One X is not the same as a Series X.

    The internal hard drive on the new Xbox series x is totally blank there is nothing on the internal hard drive zero zip so all my games are on the external hard drive told the machine to update to the external hard drive it will not update to the external hard drive do I have a defective machine I just bought it does it need to be returned can you help or not and if you can how to!?
