    Hello so I was checking in to see the statusof my package which I sent for RS and it doesn’t show up. I have refreshed multiple times waited some minutes but it doesn’t want to show up. You know how when you make an order for the device it disappears from the option to make an order. Well it reappeared and I’m confused right now

    Ok if I understand correctly the device disappeared and now reappeared, but doesn't show the status of the service right?

    This is normal as the team has to update the information for the device status and if it's a replacement could take around 48 hours in process of update where the device can disappear again or not show the order status
