    Hi, I bought my Xbox one X yesterday et she is broke, i talk with a saler and he said microsoft can send a new xbox during the time of reparation of my device, i aready created a order and i did'nt see this service, can you help me were i can find this service

    Service return

    Hi Edgar,

    You have to look up your local UPS drop off and take it there.

    Got to say it all worked very well once it was in the system.

    Make sure you get the sending receipt so you can track it.

    Hey Chilly,

    I have the same problem. Did you find out what happens next?

    So far I have registered the return service, printed out the return label... I assume I have to package my controller in a box and attach the label, but what happens? Did UPS come and pick it up or did you have to go take it somewhere?

    Hi

    If you have only just purchased the console then I would expect the seller to sort this for you and to me it sounds like they knew there was an issue with the console prior to selling it. If you check the
    device service and repair website you may be able to reprint the service order or alternately try contacting the
    Xbox Support team directly and they should be able to help with this.

    The option is there, so I'm assuming its eligible, the problem is coming from the system failing to gather the data on how long I have used it, which is about all of 10 mins now.
