    Hello,

    Sorry it's not possible to get refunds for Microsoft points, especially since games have been purchased with them.

    Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

    request a refund for digital purchase on here     instead. This is a different link that should automatically adjust to the region, if it was having problems with any region difference.
