    My younger sibling recently purchased 2 packs of 800 Microsoft points. Is there any way we can return the purchases even if he already purchased games with them?

    I've put a lock and a password on my Xbox Live account as this is the second time he has purchased points and games without permission.

    Xbox Support will not issue new codes, You would need to return it back to the store it was purchased from or if you purchased online you will need to contact the seller online
