retrocompatibility (can't read Xbox 360 games one my Xbox One)

Hi huys !

I have a problem with my Xbox One, when i put a CD of a Xbox 360 game one my Xbox One (he is compatible ...) the blue-ray reader gets started and an error message appears. I can't install the game ... Can anybody help me ? I don't know what to do ... I tried
with 5 games and it works with no one ...

Halo Reach Ugly on Xbox One

Hello,

I just tried the retrocompatibility of my 360 games on the xbox one with Halo : Reach

And ... it's just ugly, all pixellated, far from 1080p. My old 360 gave a far better render of the game, now event the menu titles are hard to read.

I have something to adjust to increase the visual quality ? For now i can't test with other 360 games. All my others Xbox one games works fine on my HD TV ...

Impossible to play Call Of Duty2 with xbox one on Live

Hello,

I can't play to Call Of Duty 2 on line on my Xbox One. When I try to connect, it sends " Actual profile can't connect on Xbox Live". But my profile seems to work on regular xbox one games. What can I do ? Has it something to do with retrocompatibility ?

Could you specify which error message you are receiving ?

 

the error message is "it is impossible to read the CD (0x91d70001)"
