    Retrieving your eligibility taking forever


    I'm trying to register my Xbox One Elite Controller so I can get it fixed/ replaced, both bumpers broken, but I have to register it as an accessory. The problem is that when I go to my Xbox One it says, "retrieving your eligibility,"
    and just sits there with a loading circle. It has been an hour, and it still hasn't changed.

    Xbox one X no longer playing any disks

    Dont think theres a Microsoft Store in the UK

    Tried setting up a repair online an all im getting is Retrieving your eligibility with a sort of loading circle above it doing nothing

    I'll try the callback tomorrow as its 12:30 am here

    xbox one which turns off a few seconds after startup

    Hello, lately I encountered some problems with my xbox one.

    Indeed, it turns off a few seconds after starting a net shot.

    Moreover, I can not access the microsoft warranty while it is still valid.

    The service remains blocked on "Retrieving your eligibility". What can I do?

    Taking forever

    Hey there Reaction! It's possible your original Hard Drive might have some issue if transferring to a USB device helped. What I'd recommend trying first is backing up all your saved game data and other info from the hard drive and then reformatting the drive.

    When your HDD was out, and the console asked to update, did you let it update?

    This is sounding more and more like a full and/or failing HDD. Would you be able to try recovering your GT on a different memory device, such as a USB, and seeing if your console runs better? Here is how to

    Hey there Reaction! Yeah trying a new hard drive would be a great test to see if the issue lies with your current hard drive. If you have one that you can use, go ahead and try it out and let us know the results. If the issue doesn't persist then you can
    transfer everything over to the new drive.

    Mister Ohnaka, I took the HDD out and it would not let me update because I didn't have enough storage to be downloaded to.
