Can't Accept the New Terms of Use

I have a big problem signing in to Xbox live.With the update from Xbox 360 Dashboard to accept the new terms and conditions,i press yes i then view the new terms and conditions but it gives me the wrong email address,it is slightly different to my mum's
email address so we have no idea of the password and i tried everything possible(Microsoft account Recovery,phoning the xbox live support for an hour without a solution),is there any way of retrieving by Xbox live Account?

A question I have about Xbox Live

A question I have is when I sign in on my Xbox 360 to my Xbox Live account in the top right corner it shows your emblem along with a rotation of my gamertag name, achievement numbers, money I have on my account, and my email address linked to the account. But for some reason it doesn't show my email address when it's rotating through and instead just shows blank nothing until the next thing comes up in the rotation when it should show my email address in the rotation.

I was able to retrieve my sons account with the email address it was registered on.

My daughter deleted her email address which was associated with the 12 month live gold membership in order to add my email, so that I could purchase minecraft for her and her sister. We only purchased xbox1 and live gold 12 month membership on Sunday, now
we can't use her email address because mine is saved in the Xbox and we can't access the xbox live gold. As she is 13years old I feel it is inappropriate to have her email associated with my credit card, can we retrieve the live membership account as we paid
£40 for it and the kids are gutted? Please help.

If it has a hard drive, I would buy a transfer kit and transfer all data to new Xbox this should allow you to retrieve email address.

The code would have been sent to your Xbox Live messages and not your email address. However, these messages expire after 30 days.

The Xbox Forums Support team may be able to retrieve your code, however this is not guaranteed. They will reply here in the next couple of days.
