    Hi! I needed help with my account that wasn't receiving points and in the response I was told that as soon as I got the new account working I should ask for support to retrieve the points from old account. How can it be done?

    microsoft points migrated points

    I have added Microsoft points to my sons live account which is currently in the beta. the points were migrated and did not show up on his account. how do I retrieve those points and put them back on his account?

    problems signing into accout on xbox one

    Can't sign in either tried to remove account from xbox. Now I can't even retrieve my account.

    I can confirm that your account now has properly matching regions for your Rewards and Microsoft Account. We will begin the transfer of your old pending Credits from your previous Rewards Account to your current Rewards Account. You should see the Credits

    Hi there,

    can you try logging in to the second account (to receive the code) via a different browser then you are using the login to the account to buy points. Or if using Internet Explorer you can use inPrivate navigation. This will prevent that when retrieving the
    code from the other account that it will sign the first account out..

    If your account is underage you will not see this option. It will be necessary for the adult to retrieve the account and remove you from the group.
