    Hi,

    Is there a way that I can retrieve old messages as I got GoW codes when I bought GoW Ulitmate Edition. I remembered today that I got sent the codes and wanted to redeem them but when I checked the messages, all my older messages were gone.

    Its not a big problem if its not possible.

    I can’t scroll up all the way to the top of my messages on Xbox.

    Thank you so much for the update and I apologize as it can be due to the messages being too old and many messages were already retrieved. You can try to proceed but it may crash.

    Could you try using the xbox app on windows 10 to see if you can scroll back till the start of the conversation.

    Check the date of the thread,it's nearly a year old.

    Neither support nor a moderator can retrieve a deleted message.

    Moderators are just regular xbox live gamers who police the forums.

    Sometimes there can be an issue retrieving messages on the app. Just restart the app and reload the messages. They should come up soon. Also can you retrieve messages from your Xbox?
