    Hello.

    As I plan on getting a fresh new console after like 5 years of selling my old console. I try to log in into my old account but this seems impossible, I have no idea what email address I might have used back then. Is thre any way to retrieve an old email
    address with the gamertag or personnal informations about the account ?

    Parental account no longer exists, stuck in new terms of use page.

    I recently got an Xbox 360. The games app for Windows 8 also requires me to sign in to XBL as well, which is currently impossible for me. That's why I have to retrieve my 3 years old "parental account".
