    Hallo MS Team,

    Ich muss jetzt leider echt was los werden, da es mich wurmt und ich nicht für sonderlich Fair empfinde.

    Man geht los und kauft sich etwas von MS bei einem Stationären Händler. Ist dann ein Teil defekt kann man es nicht einmal bei dem Händler umtauschen.

    In meinem Fall einen Microsoft One ELITE Controller, welcher nach etwa 3 Monaten, nicht intensiv zocken, schon der linke Stick dauerhaft nach oben zieht.

    Ok kann vorkommen, auch bei einem 130 Euro Controller.

    Aber als ob das nicht schon einen etwas ärgert, nein es wird einem das Leben schwer gemacht und man muss ein Online Ticket erstellen um den Austausch oder sonstiges zu vollziehen und dann los zur Post.

    Dies gestaltet sich mühsamer als in einen Laden zu gehen und die Retoure oder Reparatur anzumelden.

    Und jetzt kommt in meinen Augen die Krönung, es ist in meinen Augen schon eine FRECHHEIT, dass man nichts mehr Anonym erledigen kann, Nein man muss auch noch selbst den Versand tragen, wollt ihr uns denn alle verarschen?

    Des weiteren muss man natürlich all seine Daten angeben bei dem Online Ticket und sein Gerät registrieren.

    Wie schon erwähnt, nichts geht anonym und meine Daten werden wieder weiter verwendet für X Tochter Firmen von MS.

    Datenschutz ade...

    Was wenn man kein Konto hat....dann wird man einfach genötigt.

    Ich selbst werde künftig alles von Microsoft meiden inklusiver meiner Familie.

    Die ersten Controller von Sony sind im Haus nachdem ich sicher ging dies auf TRADITIONELLEN Weg umzutauschen wenn ein defekt bestünde.

    Mehrkosten und Mehraufwand - bin ich denn ein nicht bezahlter Microsoft Mitarbeiter, dann würde ich gerne meinen Lohn erhalten.

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you had an Xbox One Wireless Elite controller that was having trouble so you had to set up a repair or exchange for it is that correct. Security is very important to Microsoft
    and you will never be contacted by any Microsoft company unless requested or if services are being rendered. Account information is highly protected at every turn for you and every other Microsoft customer. Here's some helpful articles that could provide a

    Hi Markus! Je nachdem an welchen Support-Mitarbeiter du gerätst, kann es leider schonmal vorkommen dass einer seinen Job nicht zu 100% richtig erfüllt. Kann mich Diegos Empfehlung daher nur anschließen, dass du es am besten nochmal probierst (höre immer
    mal wieder von Fällen wo Leute sagen dass sie nach 2-3 Versuchen irgendwann einen Mitarbeiter erreicht haben, der bereit war zu helfen - hier hilft es vielleicht auch den Wunsch zu äußern, an einen Vorgesetzten weitergeleitet zu werden).
