Bonjour,

J'ai envoyé deux manette Xbox One encore sous garantie Microsoft Return Center avec une étiquette de retour prépayé reçu suite ma demande d'échange.

J'ai reçu une seule manette alors que pour la deuxième ça fait plus d'un moi que le statut d'envoie est bloqué "en Transition" chez UPS.

Savez-vous s'il veous plaît comment contacter Microsft Return Center ? Comment je peux faire pour recevoir ma manette ?

J'ai contacté UPS et il m'ont rien donné comme solution : "Il faut que la réclamation soit faite par Microsoft !"

I sent two Xbox One controllers still under warranty to Microsoft Return Center with a prepaid return label received following my exchange request.

I received only one controller while for the second it's more than one me that the status of send is blocked "in Transition" at UPS.

Do you know how to contact Microsft Return Center? How can I get my controller?

I contacted UPS and they gave me nothing as a solution: "The claim has to be made by Microsoft!" ]

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issue with repair. We recommend requesting a call from support. They will be able to look into what is going on with the repair.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Thanks for your reply, but actually I don't see the option request a call maybe because of COVID 19

. Phone calls and Chat conversations are disabled on the website.

Do you have please their phone numbers ?

So, as I was saying, the game lost all my progression. One day, when opening the adventure mode, I was back on the level1. The previous day, I was level 569, lots of shiels, I didn't die on the game.

I was asking if there is a way to retrieve my progression, because that's the second time it happend. I was less far on the game the first time, so just started again... But this time,... I'm a little irirritated.

I didn't see another way to contact someone from support, so if somebody on this forum has an answer, thank you.

Salut moi j'ai 14 ans je joue a mw3 j'ai etait dans une team decerto je l'es quitter j'ai 1.09 de ratio je joue tout les jours j'ai un tres bon niveau au sniper , trikshoot , et je suis un peux timide et un peux fou j'attend ta reponse . tcho
