What's the rules with retail stores scalping There is a chain playntrade canada scalping the Xbox on eBay au. surely retail chains have rules to follow

Also im glad retailers have done things to minimize scalping like the limited amount any given household can purchase. It shows they understand whats going on and want to do what they can to stop it.

The Kinect adapter is out of stock because Microsoft has discontinued production; they are no longer selling Kinect adapters anymore. Retail stores almost everywhere has been cleaned out.

If you wish to play Kinect games on Xbox One, then your only remaining options are to:

• Purchase an adapter from a third-party reseller (who is likely scalping it at a high price).
• Purchase an original generation Xbox One console, as those models have a Kinect port built-in.

You forget though there are no laws against free will

And it's not scalpers who are getting all of them

Some people just take their chances

And get tone and see the profit at reselling so they sell

Also ms cannot control free will so what people do after they buy them is upto them

And retailers have their own controls.nor does ms have the right to control them

And then you get the people who add fuel to the fire by buying from resellers instead of retailers at scalped price planing to complain to ms or the retailer about the scalped price and yes people do make that mistake

Free will is not illegal and resellers do have shops on etailer websites like Wal-Mart which does not fall under gouging laws or ms rules
