    Login problems

    Same issue for me - unable to login, and as a result my 'perfect' score for the January daily challenges has vanished. I am simply not inclined to start from scratch again.

    I have even tried to log in via my Xbox profile, but still cannot access my scores history for Sudoku, while I have no problem with Solitaire or Mahjong.

    Please fix this asap. as I do not want to waste all the effort of month's worth of daily challenges.

    Why will the Events in Microsoft Solitaire show up on one computer but not on another?

    I have been traveling and playing both the regular daily challenges and the new Events on my notebook. Came home and logged into my account on my laptop, and all my daily challenge and other stats are up to date, but there are no windows for the Events
    and Events Results displaying. What do I have to do to get my events and results to show up on the laptop?

    Microsoft Casual Games Minesweeper Intermittently Doesn't Award Win

    It happened to me yet again, but this time I didn't click until all victory animation had completed. I'm getting this problem when doing the daily challenges, and it seems to only happen on the first award, which means that I have to solve the first puzzle of the three daily challenges twice sometimes.

    None of the suggestions in the so-called "Answer" resulted in a solution to the problem.

    The same here. it started last night and still present. I tried to disable antivirus and firewall, even rebooted my computer with the same result. And this is last daily challenge to play to make it perfect. Please fix it.

    Microsoft Solitaire Star Challenge

    No problem Uppity and your welcome.

    At the moment there are 9 theme's in the starclub to challenge. I guess more will be coming.

    Also when you click on the Arrow on your left in the screen at the daily challenges, you'll get a menu that when you go to the right in the menu, awards are being given. They boost your points in your avatar. Look under awards and you see some challenges
    to boost your award.

    More information: In Daily Challenges, the first puzzle I try to solve does not award me the blue ribbon. I have to solve it a second time or solve one of the other two puzzles. Also, sometimes I am seeing five Daily Challenge puzzles instead of three. It changes to three when I go to a puzzle and return to Daily Challenges. Perhaps this is what's causing the problem I reported.

    daily challenge progress broken?

    I am using taptiles on my surface RT and just finished the gold medal for January 2013 on 1/28. On 1/29 I played another daily challenge and was awarded no new points (above the 10000 needed for gold). Today on 1/30 I went into the game and it shows 0
    points for January 2013 and no medals awarded on the awards tiles, however when I go into the daily challenges and look at the prize history it shows gold awarded.

    For a game that requires an achievement to play every month for a year getting gold, there had better be an infallible way of making sure the data isn't removed like that.
