    Restoring Saves


    I'm on a PC using the X Box App. Is there a way to restore a save file I previously had? I plugged in a Switch controller and tried to play, but the game/app didn't respond well to it, spazzed out and entered a bunch of random inputs. I disconnected the
    controller and now my save file is gone.

    Does the app back up save files? I'd like to restore what I had before

    Hi AidanDisher, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    I apologize but once cloud save as well as locally saved data was deleted we can no longer restore or re-sync it.

    Absolutely ridiculous

    I don't think there is a way to restore files. In the future you could save your data on the cloud so everything saves automatically and is easily restored.

    Unfortunately if you created a new save and saved over your previous save there isn't a way to recover it, as it would have replaced your cloud save as well. Really sorry to hear about the troubles and if you have any other Xbox support questions, feel free

    Hello again Adam, this is weird, it may even be a Bug in the game instead of the console.

    Have you tried uninstalling the game and installing again?
