Restoring Ring Access

Everyone can get access to the beta rings, You will need to download the insider app and register your console and you will be put in to a lower ring, You can get access to higher rings by doing the Quizzes and Surveys

I am sorry this issue is happening to you. I would first start by going to the Gamertag and Profile section of the support page and seeing if you can find your issue there

There are different "rings" in the Insider program. The ability to play free-to-play games has been rolled out to the different rings at different times. So not everyone in the Insider program has had access to it yet. You'd need to see what rings it's available in currently and see if you're in one of those rings. If you're not, then you don't have access to that yet.

If you're in a ring that does have access to that and it's not working, then you would need to report that through the Insider Hub.

so how the program works is that by joining a higher up ring you get access to updates before the lower down rings and due to skip ahead being a new ring it is a limited number ring like all alpha but you will have to rejoin beta ring if you do leave alpha
skip ahead ring. you do not drop to your previous ring.

I am pretty sure it is only available currently to Alpha and Beta ring in Preview. If you are in either of those rings you should be able to access the trial from inside the Hub.
