    Restore COD game progress from local drive


    I have been playing COD Modern Warfare II on Xbox One S. The graphics and gameplay has been lacking, rather than buy a new Xbox Series X, I decided to install on my PC. The graphics and CPU are way better. However, all game progress was lost. How do i restore the progress? Is the progress stored locally on the Xbox to restore?

    Multi-player online. For 3 days leading up to this, I would get a message data doesnt match, do you want to use local data or cloud data. Then after installing on PC I logged in and I was starting from scratch.

    you dont, all online stats and season content are saved via your COD account but the gamesave for the campaign is none transferrable.

    In Call of Duty, progress is stored in your Activision/Call of Duty account, not the platform account. This means that your progress stays with you no matter what platform you play, as long as the platforms are connected to the same Activision/Call of Duty account.

    Are you using the same Activision/Call of Duty account?
