Restart making computer not work

Recently i downloaded valorant and when i installed i had to restart do to riot updates and riot vangaurd when i restarted it wouldnt work and sent me to a blank screen i hard shut down until i got the troubleshoot menu and I tried to do system restore and system repair they didnt work. For some reason taking the plug out and putting it in only worked. But all my apps and files got deleted this happened multiple time when i restarted and i reinstalled valorant discord etc and it did the same thing. Now my microsoft edge doesent work and before I had a bsod problem which i got fixed from tech support and they installed a new audio card. I expected it to be fine i need help

i had bsod before so i did send it to a store but they fixed by bsod so i dont think its hardware

noah_601, Have you tried to do a full backup and then reinstall windows all over again? If you haven't yet, please, try it out my friend.

This should help, if it doesn't, I suggest you take your hardware to a tech store to be analyzed, could be an hardware issue.

I suggest to restart your computer. If that doesn’t work make sure you have an up to date version of the app and if that doesn’t work then uninstall the app the reinstall it.

If you are only experiencing this problem while FC 25 is running, then it is most likely a game issue, or third party software interference, etc.
