    Response time for problems about severe graphics issue and crashes.


    A few weeks ago I submit two issues via the "report and problem" function. The issues are pretty severe. I called Microsoft but they just ran me around a bit then told me to use report a problem on the insider hub. The issue is with three games, scarlet nexus demo, mechawarriors 5, and borderlands 3. The issue causes major graphics glitches that can hard crash my series X. I really want to get this fixed sooner rather than later. How long should I expect before people usually get a response to my reported problems?

    Has anyone else had a problem with graphics bugging out and crashing?

    Taptiles Constantly crashes my PC (everything updated). Running dual screen setup with taptiles on second screen and get ATIKMDAG.SYS crashes several times a week. Running ATI 7900 series graphics card with fully updated driver.

    I am having the same issue.
    I will be playing as usual and then all of a sudden the game crashed and tells me its an outdated graphics driver. I even manually updated my graphics driver because I was having this issue. Occasionally when it crashes Minecraft gives the crash log for unexpected crash of some kind that you would get when using ALT+F4. This time all I did was open my world and open my inventory before the game crashed.

    Did you ever find a solution to the problem?

    Games are crashing to the dashboard.

    When do they crash? Is it on boot up or after playing for a while?

    The graphical issues suggest overheating or another problem. If you play for a while before the crash it could be overheating so make sure the console has plenty of air flow and check for any dust build up over the vents.

    If it crashes/has graphical issues straight away you could have hardware problems that could only be resolved with a service.
