    Resident Evil Game+Movie Deal - Deluxe Edition Miising the Movie Code


    Hi,

    I bought the Resident Evil Game+Movie Deal - Deluxe Edition and am missing the movie code. I bought it through Xbox Live on May 15th. Also, since this is a Play Anywhere title, it should show as owned for the PC version in the Windows store but it does
    not. The game + DLC shows up fine through my Xbox One.

    Purchased Resident Evil movie deal.

    I purchased Resident Evil Game+Movie Deal - Deluxe Edition while they had the promotion said if you buy the game before a certain day you will receive movie code within 14 or 15 days. Well, it's been over 2 months and I still haven't gotten the code.

    I'm surprised you got the purchase history showing the movie deal. Mine used to show the movie deal on mine and now it just shows that I bought resident evil 7 deluxe edition only which is total BS.

    It doesn't say the movie bundle but I did purchase the movie idk why it changed. Here's the screenshot

    but to show you proof that I really did but the game+movie deal I was given this ( majorNelson.com ) website by one of your Microsoft agents during one of my chats to get this fixed and this website shows all previous promos that were going on at the time
    and it shows that the deluxe version of the game+movie was discounted at 33% and I paid $67.49 you can check my account so that way you can see that I'm not lying.

    I'm sorry to hear about the frustration. What version of Resident Evil 7 did you purchase? If you aren't sure, you can check your
    Microsoft Commerce account and post a screenshot of your purchase. The movie was part of a bundle and you should see something along the lines of "Movie + Game Bundle" if you purchased a qualifying
    product.
