Resident Evil 7 - Xbox One - Survival Pack Not Working

After a long time chating with Microsoft Support, I still have this issue with the Survival Pack Redeem code. I bought a copy of Resident Evil 7 Steelbox version that came with the Survival Pack code to redeem in XboxLive. I had redeem the code in my xbox
account and then have instal the game in xbox The Survival Pack doesnt show up in the game. I have done everything that Microsoft Support had told me like, reset the console to factory set up, delete my account from the xbox, unistal the game, etc. They said
to me that they cant do anything more to help me and that i have to contact Capcom. The code is redeem in my microsfot account and they say they canot unredeem or give me another one. I told to Microsoft that i dont have to send an e-mail to Capcom (that is
their job) and that Capcom probably cant help me because they cant have access to microsoft servers. I have sent an email to Capcom support but no feedback yet... Dont know what to do aymore...

Resident Evil Revelations

I'm looking forward to Resident Evil 7. I'm intrigued by that statement Capcom made a while back declaring that Resident Evil will return to its survival horror roots .

You can post there, too, so that they have a list of people that are affected.

Xbox Staff is apparently looking into it. I hope it gets fixed soon...
