Resident Evil 7 Season Pass DLC codes not working properly

When buying the Season Pass DLC for Resident Evil 7 from a retailer instead of directly from the Xbox Store the Season Pass doesn't work as intended.

I bought mine from Amazon and redeemed it successfully however nothing was downloaded on my Xbox, the ready-to-install list of RE7 is empty and when I view the Xbox Store page for the Season Pass it still asks me to pay:

RESIDENT EVIL 7 biohazard Season Pass kaufen – Microsoft Store de-DE

Some users said that all the codes sold at retail erroneously unlock the Season Pass for the Windows 10 version of the game instead of the Xbox One version. I can't verify this since I don't own a Windows 10 PC but I can confirm that the code didn't unlock
the Xbox One version of the Season Pass.

End of Zoe DLC not working with season pass.

So I own the season pass for Resident Evil 7. And it says it includes the End of Zoe DLC but when I go to download it, it only ask for me to pay for it. Anyone else having this issue?

Please Help Season Pass for Resident Evil 7 Biohazard

Hello, I brought Resident Evil 7 Biohazard for Xbox one along with the season pass. I had redeemed the code but is not showing up on my account at all. is there anything I can do about this? thank you.

Thanks for the reply. But is it really normal that the Xbox Store asks me to pay for the Season Pass again when I view it in the Store? Shouldn't it say that I already own it? It's basically acting as if I never redeemed my Season Pass code.

Our team is aware of it still showing as purchasable, and it's being looked into. If you redeemed your code you shouldn't need to worry about the season pass not being connected to your account though. Thanks for your patience!

The content should be available for download on the PC. Have you been able to download Resident Evil 7 without any issues? Does the Season Pass show as purchased in the Windows store?

Negative. The Season Pass is available to purchase (and shows that I own it), but the actual two DLC packages are nowhere to be found for PC on the store. The Capcom website lists the two DLCs as "Coming Soon" for Windows 10. This is very frustrating.
