Resident Evil 7 not true Fullscreen on PC Windows 10

When playing Resident Evil 7 in fullscreen mode the bottom and top task bars keep popping up when playing the game. I tried alt enter to go in and out of fullscreen mode, but the task bars keep showing up. Its hard to play with mouse and keyboard like this because when you look down to far it will open the task bar and you might click on something from the taskbar and open it while you are playing the game. I have a MSI gf65 laptop, rtx 2060, i59300h, 16 gigs of ram, windows 10.

Open the run command window (Win + R)

Type 'regedit' and press ENTER

Navigate to 'Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\'

If it doesn't exists Add Key with name 'EdgeUI'

Navigate to 'EdgeUI' key and add a DWORD key named 'AllowEdgeSwipe' and set it to 0

Run the game, you will see the title bar and it won't disappear until you press ALT + ENTER

I also read about Resident Evil 8 being in first person. I hope its true, I thought that Resident Evil 7 was more on your toes constantly because of the first person in your face enemies and bosses.
