Resident Evil 0 Game DVR (still) not working: Round 2

Okay, so I found out my older thread has been locked, but we still didn't recieve an answer for this problem.

To recap, Game DVR on Resident Evil 0 does not work! We are unable to upload any videos or screenshot to Xbox LIVE. You can capture a video or screenshot locally, but it is impossible to share it with your friends (which is kind of the point...).

It has now been around 8 months that this has been broken, and we have yet to hear from the Xbox team what is being done about this. This same issue affected Resident Evil at launch, but was eventually fixed. The same, however, cannot be said for Resident
Evil 0.

So, I would like to try, a second game, to get a better response and perhaps finally get this fixed.

Resident Evil 0 (Zero) Game DVR not working

Emi, I have to agree with you about losing clips and screens. All my recorded stuff is gone as it couldn't be saved. Why is there no update coming for one of the major XBOX features? Sorry to say that, but I'm really disappointed. I don't blame the devs
or XBOX staff, mistakes can happen of course, but who ever is responsible, this issue needs to be adressed.

Heathen Baboon, I remember you from the first RE HD REMAKE thread about the DVR not working. That took months to fix and when it was fixed, I lost all my clips which really *** me off. I'm not going to continue to play RE 0 until this gets fixed. Good job
Xbox, same stupid problem for 2 games in the same series, you're so reliably bad. I even purchased RE0 later than when it was first released hoping I'd miss the bugs, but clearly I had too much faith in Microsoft.

Everyone will lose their clips and screenshots just like what happened with RE HD REMAKE. TM Gamin, you posted that message on Jan 27th, it is now Feb 16th, nearly 3 weeks ago. Sort it out already.
