I don't have the Resident Evil HD remake, but I can confirm that vibration can be turned off in Alien Isolation Xbox One version.

 

Resident Evil 0 turn off XBOX ONE S

During the game Resident Evil 0, in the CG's of the train and the scorpion the game locks and turns off the console XBOX ONE S. Frustrating because I wait for this game for years and when finally I
think that I will play the same lock and off the console. I believe it is bug bu new system update.

is it a physical copy or a digital one?

 

To troubleshoot this issue, clear persistent storage (Blu-ray data that’s been cached on the console).

1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > Disc & Blu-ray.
3. Select Blu-ray.
4. Select Persistent storage.
5. Select Clear persistent storage.
6. Turn off and unplug your console, and then wait 5 minutes.
7. Plug in and turn on your console, and try streaming the content again.

Sorry to hear that you're having this issue trying to play that Resident Evil game.

I can imagine how the game freezing can kinda kill the whole horror vibe the game is going for and you want.

I would suggest that if you haven't yet, to try the steps outlined here on our support site entitled "My Xbox One game won't start or freezes during

Hello. Thanks for your feedback! But unfortunately nothing helped. The problem arises only in this game, and only during the game. If you watch game videos in the menu, in Extras, then everything is
fine. If during the game itself, the console turns off. I tried to reinstall the game, and reset the console to factory settings. I tried to play with another game profile. The result is one.

 

Hello Yenotsu, sadly this is a known issue and the only workaround is to skip the cutscenes as you have already done. It doesn’t seem Capcom wants to issue a fix for this. I’ve seen reports it happens on PC sometimes as well.
