    While reseting my xbox from it being stuck on a green screen it is now stuck on 50% for preparing my console

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this. I can totally understand how this could be pretty disheartening. I suggest trying the steps we have here on Troubleshoot
    system updates on Xbox One    .
