hello,

I have a big problem after the slowness of my console xbox one we reinisialize our console so we had access to our old gamertag so we create a new (the old I do not know how to recover it ) since the concern that we had had 4 goty (the DLC were in code form)
since we can no longer use the code to reinstate the DLC it tells us they have already been used while knowing that we had deinstaler the games previously how to remove the old gamertag that we were able to access (the new gamertag is the same email address)
and that we can reuse the code to reinstate the DLC ???????

Buying and setting up used XboxOne, will there be issues??

I've bought a used Xbox one or in fact I traded my ps4 for the Xbox one
Simple reset is all that is needed

Weird Glitch

I have had the tv issue where it says it took to long to find the tv. The only thing so far that fixes that issue is the cache reset. You dont need to unplug, cache reset will do the same thing. I find this usually happens if i switch my tv with the xbox one from the xbox to a dvd player using another hdmi port on the tv. When i go back to the original xbox hdmi on the tv, it loses the pairing with the tv causeing the tv took to long error. Resetting cache or unplugging is the only known fix so far. Have not had the other issues you mentioned.

to recover xbox account and see if you can recover the account that has used this dlc.

here & they may let you change it one more time but are under no obligation to do so.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Forums!

Check to see if you can bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter:

Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
Wait 30 seconds, then plug the power cord back in.
Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the
EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
Xbox button on the console.
Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

Afterwards you can perform a offline system update. Check out
Troubleshoot Xbox One startup errors for step by step instructions and more troubleshooting.
