    No. There's no other way to get a reset and nothing can be transferred between accounts.

    resetting and removing your account will result in the games being removed, accounts and games are not transferable and can result in bans.

    Nope to the account reset question and yes to the create a new account question. Be aware that you cannot transfer any membership time between two accounts at all.
