Reset Xbox Series X after last insider update and still painfull slow

Yes. The consoles will still be usable after the Series X is released (just like the 360 is still usable now so many years after the One was released). Game updates might slow down after a period of time as newer games are released.

I updated one of my controllers firmware last night and soon after the Xbox Series X slowed

up and I couldn't select game options, I restarted it and it took about 6 or 7 minutes to come

back on but it was fine after that, I thought it was busted, I do have a extended warranty

if it breaks but still not a nice feeling.

I have an Xbox series X since vanguard came out I have not been able to play more warzone I have already done everything and it is still the same after the last update that was today

I haven't started my Series X yet to see if there is an update notification. But I checked the Xbox systems update page and there's no mention of a new update. Can you please share the OS version that you're currently on after the new update you just did.

I downloaded the Insider Hub app last night, selected update previews and got into the Omega Ring last night. When I got home from work, turned my Xbox on and went to settings, then console, then updates and there it was.

Yes it is very slow - I found the issue when I set up the xbox app on windows 10 and remote play and it said after testing the connection "Are you kidding??" (It works though.. It said "will work best inside network, not outside of it")

Anyways - I doubt this is an issue with the series x since ALL the consoles have the exact same issue. (Oddly it's just gaming consoles) I directly connected at least the series x to the modem with ethernet cable - the same issue - so router configuration won't matter will it? Nor would resetting the series X it if it's happening on all consoles. Or maybe I need to reset them all? Even my ps5?

I'm going to call my ISP and ask them if some type of gaming console throttling is happening, Is that even possible?
