    Reset Xbox One - stuck on Troubleshoot


    Controller won't work on Xbox one. Connects fine to PC, Windows 11.

    Decided to reset console with USB. Followed instructions. Stuck at the Troubleshoot - Continue screen.

    Unable to 'Continue' or choose 'Reset this Xbox' because the controller can't connect, either by Blue Tooth or USB connection.

    Any suggestions welcome. Thanks.

    Its impossible for me to go reset and keep games and apps because I am stuck on the troubleshoot screen. in which it doesn't allow me to do that for whatever reason. I also cant go back to the normal home screen and reset there because I am literally stuck on the troubleshoot screen. I cant just reset my Xbox and go back because it automatically puts me into the troubleshoot screen.

    I did try solution 1 but it put me back onto the troubleshoot screen.

    Any Ideas so I don't have to remove everything?

    Update Error E102

    I have xbox one. The update was stuck at 50% for two hours..this is not normal i think. I boot in troubleshooting screen, and nothing works, offline updates with usb stick OSU1/ OSU2, factory reset, and nothing works.....i try everything.

    Including the offline steps

    I haven't tried yet. I seem to have misplaced my flashdrive somewhere u(luckily I didn't have anything important on it)so i will go buy another one tomorrow.

    I'll try tomorrow and check-in with you guys with the results
