    Hi.

    I need to do a xbox one cache reset.

    I did al the steps.

    Turn it off

    Unplug the Power cable.

    I don't have a power brick

    What do i need to do because i need to do a cache reset.

    How can i see it eas succesful.

    Because they said after the reset i need to set my brightness and language again.

    But i didn't need to do that.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    May I ask what seems to be the problem? Youc an also reset the console through settings. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps.

    Because i don't want to lose my progress at other games that are bot online.

    No worries, even if you don't have a power supply that should work. Here's the powercycle:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    And if that didn't work, resetting the console and keeping games and apps will be the last resort. If you're playing your game while connected to Xbox Live they will just re-sync later on but if you're playing your games while offline you may need to start a new game.
