    Reset Xbox and now cannot access paid for downloads


    I had to reset my XBox One since there was a problem. Unfortunately, this deleted my accounts and passwords. The paid for games are still on the XBox but I cannot find any way of accessing them. I registered a new name with the old email address to access
    Microsoft and to see if the old downloads and accounts were registered to my email address. There are no games or previous usernames listed at all, so I do not know how to reactivate the paid for games already downloaded. If anyone could help, I would be really
    grateful. Thank You!

    The downloads will be associated with a username and email address. If you are unable to access that account, then you likely won't be able to access any of the games either. I would recommend contacting Microsoft directly regarding an issue with your
    account.
