    Reset sons Xbox


    I’ll try to keep it short. My son set his own Xbox up, with his own email. So he has ability to just leave family plan. If I try to change anything he is sent a notice and given a code which he will not in turn give to me. How can I bypass his password, user name ect… to reset his Xbox so anything done on it I will be notified? He’s clearly got an addiction to it. If I just take it, the Xbox. He will go ballistic. Basically I don’t want him to loose any progress on games. But what good is family plan if he can just opt out. Phone calls to Xbox are horrible due to language barrier. Thanks

    If you have Office 365 Family and your son has his own PC you send him a sharing link in order that he can install 365, he doesnt as such have his own 365 Office MS Account. And you can cancel/terminate his 365 via your MS Account at any time

    This also happened with my son's Xbox and if you go to settings , system, Console into & updates, Reset console then Reset and keep my games & apps

    This fixed it for my son and hopefully works for you
